Affiliated Programs and Study Abroad

	PITZER EXTERNAL STUDIES support our program. Its rich and innovative program will enrich the experience of students embarking in our Human Biology: Cross-Cultural Health & Healing major. The programs with important health components are: the program in China (Traditional Chinese Medicine), the summer six- week program on Health and Health Care in Costa Rica (public health), the program in Nepal (health outreach work), and/or India, and the Ontario Program. The program in Botswana has a focus on AIDS research. THE ONTARIO PROGRAM AT PITZER has many opportunities for students. The Center for California Cultural & Social Issues offers grants for students and faculty interested in health issues in the Ontario area or elsewhere in the State. AN ACCELERATED BA/MA IN PUBLIC HEALTH is offered to students wishing to undergraduates wishing to pursue these degrees in collaboration with CGU's School of Community and Global Health
