In the past I have also taught courses in principles of microeconomics, microeconomic theory, labor economics, labor market discrimination, economic development of Latin America and East Asia, Japanese economy, macroeconomic policy, mathematics for economists, Asian American Studies, and a first year seminar. In the future I hope to teach a course on "The Wealth of Nations" which examines differences in per capita GDP across countries, and also a course on "The History of Food" which examines why we eat what we eat around the globe.
